Mexican Vegetable Nachos Recipe by Archana’s Kitchen

  • To begin with the Mexican Vegetable Nachos Recipe, first, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a round baking tray with non-stick spray.

  • Spread Tortilla chips on the baking tray. On top of the tortilla chips, spread cheese evenly on the chips

  • Place cooked beans and corn above cheese.

  • Stir in the chopped bell peppers, tomatoes and jalapenos as the next layer. Add the remaining black beans and corn to the pan.
