Eggless Whole Wheat Apple Cake Recipe by Archana’s Kitchen


  • To begin making the Eggless Whole wheat Apple Cake Recipe, preheat the oven to 180 C. Grease and dust your loaf pan or bundt cake pan.

  • In a large mixing bowl or the bowl of the stand mixer, add all the ingredients except the chopped apples.

  • Beat until fluffy and well combined.

  • Finally add the chopped apples and beat just for a few seconds. 

  • Pour the cake batter into the greased pan. Tap the pan to settle the cake batter evenly. 

  • Arrange the sliced apples on the top of the cake and sprinkle the sunflower seeds or sliced almonds on the top.
